Information about Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In an effort to safeguard the health and safety of our patients, visitors and staff, Fort Wayne Neurological Center and NeuroSpine & Pain Center are working to mitigate the exposure to the coronavirus or COVID-19.

As a precautionary measure we would like for patients who have a fever, cough or shortness of breath to contact our office to reschedule your appointment. If you have these symptoms, please contact your primary care physician and seek testing for the virus.

Patients who come to their appointment should bring only one (1) visitor and can expect to have their temperature taken upon arrival. Those patients and visitors with temperatures greater than 99.6 degrees will be rescheduled and will be asked to go home.

Patients requiring prescription refills should call the physicians nurse for a refill and if any patient has an emergency, call 911. Our physicians will take care of you in the hospital.
